    Hi guys,
I have the Samsung Chronos 7 Bestbuy Model (8770), and the specs say that it should have around a 10-hour battery life. However, when I unplug my charger, the bottom right battery icon says I only have six. What gives? I'm using the lowest power-consuming profile.

You might be using a low power profile but what are you doing? Various factors affect your run time:

    - Display brightness
    - Active WiFi and Bluetooth
    - Web pages open with Flash running on them
    - Any devices plugged into USB ports

Samsung (and other manufacturers) use a very low power consumption condition when doing their tests.

You can check the actual battery capacity using HWiNFO.
