So my Bluetooth in general is going crazy:
- If I go to the Bluetooth icon in the Taskbar, and hit Show Bluetooth Devices, I get the purple screen with the gear that never loads the settings (this only started today).
- When I try to connect my Nexus 4, they pair successfully but all images I send fail.
- When I try to pair my Bluetooth Arduino, it says "connected" for a few seconds and then "not connected."
- When I tried to update Bluetooth drivers, SW Update gave me Error -10 and refused to let me try again.
Things worked fine when I had Windows 8 (I could share photos from my phone to the computer and everything). This started happening after the update. Is there some place I can get a competent Bluetooth driver that fixes this?

Did you try uninstalling Bluetooth, rebooting then running SW Update?
You can also try exporting the BT installer from SW Update then manually running the installer.

How do I export the installer? The update has disappeared.

Look up your model (or any model) with the Find Model feature in SW Update, select the driver(s) you want, and deselect all others, click Export.
