This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I'm browsing this page and it loads so slow when I scroll up/down (don't worry it's safe and it's IMGUR :p):

    Are you experiencing the slow scroll as well, like a big lag? I'm beginning to think it's my drivers. I'm using Google Chrome. It doesn't happen on Firefox.

    Not a huge lag, but scrolling does seem a tad slow. I also used Google Chrome.

    I'm running Win 7 Ult v. Win 8 (new install of SSD today), and I have the latest NVidia drivers.

    Yeah, it's a bit slow to scroll because it's not really a web page but a 10,000 pixels high GIF. Just poor design. I tried it with Chrome and IE8. Not terribly slow, all considered, just a little laggy.

    Thanks. I knew it can't be my laptop, and it's smooth on FireFox. I just realized it is a high resolution animated GIF. No wonder. I'm curious as to why it is smooth on FireFox while Chrome is having a hard time.

    Cause google sucks? :D

    No issues here with a Samsung Series 9 NP900X3D, Windows 8, FireFox 17, and Verizon FIOS 35/35. :)
