Hi.
Just found my first dead pixel, and it is not dust or dirt as i tried cleaning the screen, I tried a pixel fixer program, but it did not work, So i remembered you should tap the area with a pencil eraser, but i could not find one, so i used a q-tip.
I tapped the dead pixel a couple of times and it disappeared, and i could not believe my eyes.
I just ran a colour cycle program to check to see if it shows up on another colour, but nothing showed up, I had cleaned my screen earlier on today, and i wonder if this pressure had caused the dead pixel to appear.
I wonder if it will come back?
Regards
John.

Hi.
It`s been a couple of days and the faulty pixel has not returned, I just did a full check using pixelhump.
Fingers crossed.
