I have an MPC TransPort T2500 which is a rebranded Samsung X65. Instead of Samsung it has the mpc and TransPort logos, the screen bezel is all silver, omitting the black strip at the bottom, and the stickers on the palm rest are applied on the left side instead of the right. There's a few text strings in the BIOS changed (they had to stick buympc in there) but SLIC 2.0 identifies it as a SAMSUNG. (As were all MicronPC and mpc laptops, at least as far back as the TransPort GX.)
So far the only model number I've tracked down for the X65 is NP-X65T002/SUK and the drivers download on the UK site doesn't show any Easy Button Manager and the Magic Keyboard software is only available for XP.
I tried installing the Vista Easy Button Manager software from mpc, which has 32 and 64 bit, but it won't install in Windows 7 like the other Vista drivers and software did and work just fine.
What other model numbers were used on the X65? Can't contact Samsung about it because they have a list of models on the contact form and NP-X65T002/SUK isn't on the list.
I want the little checkmark button below the power button to *do something*.
