When I set settings on EASY SETTING such as screen brightness, my definition does not exist after I turn off and on the computer, how to do settings that will be permanent ?

There is plenty of scope for improvement with Easy Settings. The deficiency that is annoying some people is that turning off WiFi and bluetooth is not persistent after a reboot (one needs to disable them in Device Manager to ensure they stay off).

The other way you can control the brightness is to double-click on the power icon in the notification area and select Adjust screen brightness. Ignore the brightness control at the bottom of that window and select Change plan settings against your selected power plan. Then you will get options for both the mains power and battery brightness.
