My Samsung laptop running on windows 7 used to have a toolbar kind of thing at the top of the screen where programs could be added ect. It's like the Dell dock. however I closed it down by mistake a little while ago and have no idea how to get it back? any ideas much appreciated.

Look for Software Launcher in the programs offered by SW Update.
