Samsung - 15.6" Series 7 Laptop - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver - NP700Z5B-S01UB
I'm looking to buy a samsung laptop for my first time (yay?). And, I was wondering if this laptop would suit my college, gaming, and video usage. I heard that there's problems with the harddrive, touchpad, and sometimes it would get the blue screen of death? If anyone has this laptop, can you confirm this? Thank you!

However, the AMD 6490M GPU in that model isn't very good for gaming: AMD Radeon HD 6490M - Notebookcheck.net Tech
The 6750M in one of the other S7 models is quite a bit better if you can find it, and within the same price range: AMD Radeon HD 6750M - Notebookcheck.net Tech
If you're prepared to spend more $$$, you should definitely go for the newest Ivy Bridge model with Nvidia GPU: Samsung - 17.3" Series 7 Laptop - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver - NP700Z7C-S01US
The touch-pad certainly takes getting used to on the Series 7 range, but I don't find it that bad. No blu-screen errors on the latest 8.940 graphics driver for the Radeon 6750M. You should probably read some of the topics/threads that discuss these issues in more detail.
Getting a new samsung laptop! Is it worth it? :O
