I have a Samsung Series 7 Chronos Model # NP700Z5C-S02UB. I have noticed that it has two graphics cards, one is the Intel HD 4000 and the other is Nvidia GeForce GT 640M. I was wondering if theres any way to make the computer use the Nvidia graphics for everything I do. I also game on this computer and I'm not sure as too which graphics card the games are using. I've gone as far as disabling the Intel HD 4000, that does nothing, the computer would just boot up and everything is big as if I don't have a driver installed for my graphics. I thought with the Intel HD 4000 disabled it would default to the next graphic card installed, but nooo...

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Your laptop will automatically switch from the HD 4000 to the nVidia card whenever you are performing a demanding task, such as gaming. For things that don't require that sort of power (for instance, watching videos) the HD 4000 is used. As far as I know, there is no way (or reason) to disable the HD 4000.
