First of all I love the laptop, it looks cool and it runs amazing, but I'm having a few issues and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this
I've got the 675m with Windows 8 64bit
So the first issue is that the laptop display is 120hz but when ever I set the laptop to 120hz the screen goes black, when I first got the laptop it worked fine and I set starcraft 2 to 120hz but now it keeps going black and the only way I can fix the issue is by putting a HDMI cable into the laptop and setting it back to 60hz
Second issue I'm having is with the windows metro 8 tiles, its starting to look like a 1/2 loaded website with black box's all over the place and I have to move the mouse over them to see what they are I will put some screen shots with this to show what I mean.
I've since done restore and put the laptop back to factory default settings, and the laptop still wont at 120hz and the problem with the windows tiles issues was still there, I clicked some option to refresh the windows 8 and it uninstalled a lot of my stuff including my GPU drivers nvidia 306.97, but the problem was fixed. I've done all the windows updates and installed all the samsung stuff and it was working fine, I played a bit of far cry 3 and restarted my laptop and I checked windows metro and there it was again...
and thirdly, I was transferring files from my external HDD to the laptop, my iphone and HDD where in the USB 3.0 ports and every so often I could hear the notification sound from windows and my phone charging sound, and my HDD would get disconnected and I would have to take it out and put it into a USB 2.0 port for it to start working again.
So if anyone has this laptop, it would be very helpful to let me know if your having the same issues
1) the laptop screen wont run 120hz and the screen turns off
2) windows metro tiles keep going buggy
3) USB 3.0 keeps cutting out

May I suggest you post it in the G7C Owners thread as well? Normally we don't allow cross-posting, but in this case I think it will help even more people over there, since that thread is still active.
Thanks again
