    Hello,

I am using Samsung NP700Z5C, Few months ago i upgraded my system to Windows 8.1. I noticed that my computer is not fast anymore.
    - When i check Task Manager i found that my SSD not working.
    - ECCMD -info says "HFS Volume is not mounted". All values are zero.

How can i get my SSD work again? I have spent days to solve it, but no result :( Anyone experienced same problem?

    All SSD activity is zero.

My SW update is just like that.I don't get a list of drivers to update, instead I need to browse/search in order to find my modell. Once I find it all I get is a long list of drivers with a checkbox in front of them and then at the bottom two buttons for "Export" or "Close".

    Hello ajnglagla, welcome to NBR.

This happens routinely when upgrading to 8.1.

You need to uninstall ExpressCache, reboot, then re-install it, making sure you re-install the latest version 1.0.94, reboot.

That should get it working again. Otherwise let us know, and we'll dig deeper. In fact, please let us know either way :)

Edit: I overlooked your second question about SW Update not being able to detect your model. For some reason this happens to some users and not to others. You can try and uninstall SW Update, then re-install it from here and see if that helps. It should update itself to the latest version. I have version 2.1.21 (as displayed in the Programs and Features control panel).

Otherwise you may have to manually select your model and download drivers using that Export button you saw.
