    I was just wondering if there was anything I need to do e.g download any drivers etc from the webiste that will improve the netbook in anyway?

    Im not a wizard with computers so help would be appreciated thanks.

    In theory, the Samsung Update Manager should help in keeping everything up-to-date. However, it can be erratic. There's minimal bloatware but, if you have the McAfee AV, remove it and put on something that is less of a resource hog. NOD32 is good, but costs money. Avira or AVG free are alternatives.

    It is unlikely that your NC20 will have the newest BIOS, 09MQ, since that is dated 5th October. You can get it here. Click on the other tabs on that page for the drivers and software. However, you need to check the version numbers.
