Ok guys I just bought myself a samsung N150 to carry around campus and its great but my one gripe is the battery life (well kind of). I still manage to get that 7 hours of battery life BUT I'd like to get a bit more out of it with a 9 cell battery. Does anyone know where I can buy a 9 cell battery for the N150? Everytime I search google, I can only find the 9 cell battery for the 140 and n10.

What is the part number of your current battery?

If it is a 6 cell then Google for a similar number except that 6 is changed to 9. For example: AA-PB8NC6B is 6 cell and AA-PB8NC9B is 9 cell (these are the part numbers for the NC10's battery which is also used on some other Samsung netbooks).

Sorry this is took so long but it seems that my battery's part number is AA-PB2VC6B.

I cant even seem to find it by googling it (the same battery that I have for sale), I've tried AA-PB2VC9B, with no luck.

Then I would conclude that the 9-cell version doesn't exist.

There's a small chance that one of the other Samsung batteries is actually compatible, but the only way to find that out is by trial and error (if the mountings are the same and the voltage is the same then it may work).

I noticed the 3rd party samsung nc10 battery is compatible with the N140.. Is the N140 and N150 completely different? I was hoping that the N140 was the european version of the N150 or something.

I think the N150 has a 6-cell 4400 mWh battery. I believe there are 6-cell 5900 mWh versions of it used in another Samsung netbook, the N220. I'm not sure if it's compatible to the N150, though...
