    Keyboard/curser jumping

    Help - the curser keeps jumping around all over the place and it's difficult to type - any ideas please?

    This is for a samsung R40 laptop

    Can you try an external mouse and temporarily disable the touchpad in order to confirm if the touchpad is the problem?

    Can you reduce the touchpad sensitivity? Does the touchpad have a palmcheck option? There may be an icon for accessing the touchpad controls in the system tray. otherwise look in Control Panel.
