    Looking for BIOS firmware for Samsung ATIV book 9

    Hi everybody ,

    looking for BIOS binary file to download for Samsung ATIV book 9 ( NP915S3G).
    The Motherboard model is: BA41-02277A

    the story is that: tried to upgrade the BIOS FW with Samsung's SW update tool, following the update the laptop bricked ( wont startup ) and the "Charging" LED is blinking in Orange/Blue.

    i thought about taking the BIOS out and burn it with EPROM/E^2ROM burner.
    so the first stage is to get the Firmware file ...

    any help will be much appreciated!!!

    Look in this thread for February 2014 and you will find a utility to help find a BIOS in Samsung's database.

    If the BIOS is the same as for the NP905S3G (non-touchscreen version) then you can start with "ITEM_20140128_21301_WIN_P11RBV.exe"

    However, you may first want to read this thread and this thread and possibly try some of the suggested remedies.

    Otherwise, you should still be within the warranty period and can ask Samsung to fix the problem. They had a lot of practice when Windows 8 first came out.
