I would like to upgrade my N120 to 2GB RAM. What type of RAM should I buy?
I am in Australia, so will order locally and need the exact specs.
    Many thanks

    You need DDR2 667MHz (PC5300) SODIMM.

However, most of the DDR2 800MHz (PC6400) SODIMM modules will run fine at 667MHz and with slightly lower latency than the 667MHz modules.
