Hi first time poster....wonder if you can help :)

I have completely wiped my netbook, more to the point currently I am unable to disable Bluetooth by using the Fn + F9 button to save battery life. It is only able to disable the Wifi, for some reason it won't disable the inbuilt HSPA modem or the bluetooth. When I first got the laptop from vodafone pressing Fn + F9 would bring up a box with the three connections offering on/off switches, where as the current one I have is just sort of a revolving options which only seems to offer to disable Wi-Fi and 3G however it only disables the former.

Does anyone have any advice on this? I am currently using windows 7.

I currently have the latest version installed but it doesn't disable the in built 3G modem, it disables wifi fine however. There was a program on it before i lost the recovery partition which just came up with 3 options which listed Wirless, Bluetooth, WAN and there was on/off options next to them.

I am trying to find that same program so I can control all the radios.
