    NC-10: FN not functioning properly

    I've been unable to alter my screen brightness nor the volume levels for a while now. Any idea on what might be causing this? I'm going a bit batty trying to figure this out.

    These work fine for me.

    Did you reinstall the OS? If so, you need to install one of the Samsung utilities. Magic Keyboard, IIRC.

    No I didn't, but I'll try messing w/ that utility.

    Edit: didn't work.

    Turns out you need Easy Display Manager to be running in the background to use the FN key as such.

    Thanks for the update and correction. I can never remember which of those two programs makes the Fn key work.
