Not only am I new to the forums, I also just got my Samsung NC10 - it's great so far.

However, I had a look over here: http://www.laptopmag.com/advice/how-to/nc10-ram.aspx

And I saw that it was actually very easy and probably very useful to upgrade my memory from 1GB -> 2GB.

I just wanted to know if anyone can confirm that the link below will indeed work, or do I need another memory instead?

    http://cgi.ebay.com/2GB-PC5300-667Mhz-DDR2-LOW-SINGLE-SODIMM-LAPTOP-MEMORY_W0QQitemZ140267976963QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item140267976963&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66%3A2|65%3A16|39%3A1|240%3A1308

    Thanks in advance.

Edit: I'm asking because I came across this, not sure if its true or just plain BS to try and get you to buy it from them for about 3 times the price...

"Your Samsung NC10 only supports memory modules made with a specific type of chip. Should you find what seems to be the exact same memory modules elsewhere for a lower price, it is very possible that the cheaper memory modules will not work in your system."

Would the laptop recognize a 4GB ram stick?
And would it be worth it for Adobe Photoshop CS4 type applications?

The chipset can address only 2GB.

Here's a longer thread discussing the 2GB RAM upgrade.
