    My friend has a NC10.
After charging the battery for 5 hours RMClock reports 'fully charged capacity 0 mwh'.
Windows also says the battery is totally empty.
The NC10 still runs on the battery for one hour.
I've ran battery calibration but that did not help.

Sounds to me like this is something to ask for a new battery under warranty.
    Thoughts?

With the NC10 running, remove the battery, wait a few minutes and then replace it. See if this triggers rereading of the info.

Otherwise, since you have already run the battery calibration in the BIOS and the battery only works for one hour (and reports 0% capacity) it is time to ask Samsung for a replacement.

I've got a similar issue. On the first couple of bootups my NC10 read 99% charged and would not change after 20-30 minutes of usage (not plugged in). After shutting down and rebooting to upgrade the RAM, its been stuck at 0%. I tried what John suggested but the problem persists. Twice I tried the battery calibration from the BIOS but after waiting 10 or so minutes the "Current Battery Level" shows 100%.

On my second battery calibration the unit shutdown--it likely ran out of juice. I let it charge overnight but Windows is still reporting 0%--both in 7 RC1 and XP. My NC10 is taking a trip to Samsung for this and a couple of darker blotches on the screen. Hopefully they will take care of things quickly.
