If you have not yet started the NC10 then you can hope there is an English Language option during the initial installation.

If you have already started Windows and let it install with another language then you should be able to add English as a second keyboard language using Control Panel > Regional and Language Options.

Does this or this help? However, while the second link shows an option for selecting the menu and dialog box language, I can't see it in my XP. Here is some more guidance on changing language.

Or you may want to put this question to Samsung support. Go into one of the FAQs and then click on the email link to send a message.

Or do you have access to an English XP Home installation disc? It would be worth trying to see if that will install and then activate using the Samsung key. (If that doesn't work you can recover your current installation by pressing F4 at the initial BIOS boot screen).
