    Keyboard: NC10 has 93%, N120 has 97% size
    Subwoofer: NC10 no, N120 yes.
    Display: NC10 matte, N120 glossy.
Size: I think the N120 is slightly bigger, but Samsung's website will be able to tell you that.

I'm not sure about the differences in battery life.

If you plan on working outside with sunlight, NC10 is the way to go.

NC10SE is no longer available that was a special edition for Amazon and it appears to have been discontinued.

I had both, sent the SE back and have been totally thrilled with the N120. However, I have to agree with Phil if you plan to use it outdoors in direct sunlight, you need a model with a matte display. Most of the newer models are all glossy, even though they aren't as reflective as many of the competitors outside in direct sunlight it just isn't feasible.

In my opinion in regards to keyboard, sound, battery extender program the N120 wins hands down!

    i was in a market among nc10(se), n110, n120, nc20.

i chose n120 for its slightly longer battery life (comparing to nc10) and full size keyboard.

i was going to get n110 until i found about n120. (i can't stand that burgundy accent around lol)

i would get nc20 if fund is not limited.. but it is still above $540ish..

I've been shocked at how quickly the N120 has dropped in price. It originally started out at $465.00 on Amazon and it is now down to $399.

I am certainly interested in the NC20, but will hold off until the price comes down and I am also going to check out the Acer 11.6 when it is released as well to compare the two.

Honestly though you can't go wrong with the N120, I think it is a nice setup especially at the new lower price point.
