    Hello together!

I lately bought a second Samsung Smart Dock for my Series 4 Notebook. After the first use I noticed that Windows 7 wasn't able to initialze the USB 3.0 HUB in the new Smart Dock (while the internal USB 3.0 Port still runs smoothly). After a while of research I decided to reclaim the item.

3 Weeks later I got it back. But although the report notice a replaced system board the problem still exists. Well, I can't check if the replacement actually was done but but before I reclaim it again I want to ask for other causes, maybe a driver/interrupt conflict. Any tips?

    Thanks in advance
