    Hey , I want to install Windows 7
    after searching in samsung website drivers for NP530U4E can't find anyting. I even have tried to search drivers for Windows 8 and I didn't find them.
    I sent an email to the support center and got this answer back: "Thank you for your enquiry. According to your enquiry about installing Windows 7 driver, there is no Windows 7 driver for the laptop you enquired"

    so NP530U4E anit working with windows 7 ?
    where can I find drivers?

    Which country are you in?

    Get Samsung's SW Update software from here, install and run it. Then use the "Find Model" option to search for the NP530U4E. Windows 7 drivers are listed for some models (such as the NP530U4E-S01DE). Select the drivers and software you need and Export them.

    I'm form Israel i geuss the model name should be NP530U4E-S01IL
    So if I geuss right the SW Update software it's the way to get the drivers ?

    SW Update offers Windows 7 drivers / software for that specific model.

    Clearly the Samsung support person didn't check. I suggest you respond to their reply advising them where to look. Someone might take note and not misinform the next person to ask the same question.
