Hello to all.
I own above mentioned laptop and since few weeks ago I have problem to connect my phone on the internet through the Mobile AP application in Easy Settings software that came with laptop. It gives the signal but my phone cant connect.
It's also significant that when I turn off the wi-fi in the same program (or through the keyboard shortcut) the wi-fi is still on!
I have tried to re-install the wi-fi drivers but doesn't help.
Any idea to solve this problem please?

Which version of Easy Settings? If you are on version 1 then try version 2.
See this thread for more info.

Thanks John.
The current version of Easy Settings I have is 1.1.1.4, and when i search for it in SW update it's an older one - 1.1.0.52.
Is there a link where I can download version 2? -

Use SW Update to find the NP550P5C then find a version with Windows 8 drivers. Export the Settings zip file and you find it contains a win 7 folder with a version 2 of Easy Settings. or you can find other versions of the program by looking at the files for other notebooks as described here.

It's the same John.
My modest knowledge about computers tells me that here might
be the problem with wi-fi card since I can't turn it off... -

I downloaded the Settings package for NP550P5C-S06UK (Windows 8) to check that it included the Win7 folder.
Run SW Update then click on the Green Find Model button. Then used the selector to United Kingdom (between France and Greece in Samsung's alphabet!) > Series 5 > NP550P5C-S06UK > Windows 8 > deselect all the files then select only Settings and press Export to save onto your computer. Then open the zip file.
(Easy) Settings is a generic program and supports a wide range of Samsung notebooks. The 'Easy' was dropped for the Windows 8 version - I assume if you are using Easy Settings then you are on Windows 7. Not only does the program provide an interface to various settings but also the installation process does background configuration. Sometime other driver updates can mess up that configuration which can be fixed by re-installing (Easy) Settings.

Trying to catch up on this issue, I noticed that you didn't actually confirm that you are using Win7, not Win8.x. As John already mentioned, Easy Settings is ONLY for Win7 and has compatibility issues with Win8.x. So if you are are, in fact, using Win8.x and accidentally installed Easy Settings, that could be a reason for your problems. In that case you want to uninstall it and install Settings instead.
As for the latest versions of Easy Settings and Settings, I just posted a (long overdue) update here in the thread previously linked by John. -
Here I am.
I have Windows 7 and have installed the latest version that John have proposed me, but the problem is not solved.
The only change I have noticed so far is that I can now regularly turn wi-fi and bluetooth on/off on the keyboard shortcut and in Easy Settings as well, unlike on the previous version.
But still no Mobile AP, It says on the phone ''Obtaining IP address...'' and finally ''AP currently not in use, the connection is slow (which is not true)''. -

I've never tried it before but have just managed to connect my Dell E7440 notebook to my Samsung NP900X3B (both computers Windows 7) set as a mobile AP. However, it took several attempts to connect possibly due to mis-entering the pass code.
However, my phone doesn't want to see the AP when I tell it to search so I can't even try to connect with that device.
I'm short of other suggestions for your problem.
