    Hi,

    I've just bought a second hand NP550P7C which has has a second HDD bay but no SATA connector. I've tried talking to Samsung and they haven't been helpful at all. I'm just wondering if anyone has had the same issue or has information on how I can solve this problem.

    It seems that some of those models were shipped with the extra cable, but perhaps the seller lost it.

    There is a list of parts at samsungparts.com but I don't recognise the cable among the items listed. It may be worthwhile contacting them.
