Hi guys, I have a NP550P7C laptop with one major issue it is unable to detect any wifi connections.

The network adapter is functioning properly according to the device manager but every intel proset tool and widi can not detect any adapter.

Has anyone else suffered from this problem?

I have had the laptop for 2 months and wasn't using the wifi so to be honest I have no idea if it was working or not as everything in device manager was indicating that it was fine.

I haven't done a system recovery at this point also.

First I'd uninstall the proset divers in device man and reboot and if that doesn't work, I'd connect via cable, then try this Intel® Driver Update Utility to see if intel has newer versions of your intel package.

To be honest, I'd try the Intel Driver Update Utility even if I got it working because the drivers at Samsung are out dated.

I sometimes get that problem where it can't find any wifi connections, I click the wifi setting bottom right on the desktop and let it troubleshoot and it fixes the problem every time.

Also I should bring up an issue me and many other ppl are having with this laptop

It's do with bad ventilation inside the laptop and the GPU is over heating and throttling, I've made a few videos showing the issue with two NP550P7C's running at the same time, Samsung have been no help what so ever.
