Hi guys i have a problem with my samsumg laptop,I lent my laptop to my brother and remanded with errors, windows doesn´t start and started with the black screen:

    Win3x_Black_Screen_of_Death.gif

I assumed it was a problem of video drivers, update them and still continued with the black screen, try booting in Safe Mode and disabling the my graphics card in device manager (ATI Radeon 6490M) and use the samsumg recovery thinking would solve it but still the same problem continues, install the drivers from official video related to my laptop and the problem persists. I have to disable my ATI driver becouse windows doesn´t start and stays on the black screen, even using the SW Update and throws me the same problem.

In Device Manager I get an error (yellow icon): This device can not start. (Code 10)

I´ve even tried installing leshcat drivers and didn´t work, any idea what could have happened and how to fix it?

Can you clarify the problem: Is the screen blank when you start the computer? Can you see the BIOS screen (tap the F2 key about twice per second starting immediately after you start the computer?

We need to understand if the display problem occurs only after Windows has loaded the graphics driver or is also a problem before Windows has loaded.

Yes I can see the bios screen and if I disable the Radeon graphics in Device Manager Windows can start normally :/
