i have a NP700Z5A-S04US i have had crappy reception and dropped wifi signals for about 2 months now...but then i went and updated the broadcom driver with the one listed on samsung and the problems went away completely...

the driver that my laptop come with was out of date i forget what version it was but the new one should be

    5.60.350.21

    very easy to find

maybe this will work for you maybe it wont
    but its worth a try.

Those drivers are not new, actually they are old (from 6/2010). The latest drivers for the chip are 5.100.82.95 (7/2011). I ran into some problems with the wifi and connection speed the first month I got the laptop. Surprisingly the same connections didn´t work well form me in the past now work much better. I´m not sure if the improvement is related to any Windows 7 update besides Broadcom wifi driver...I suggest update the system to date to check this out.
