    I'm limited to this:

I was wondering if anyone knows what I can do to overclock it higher, this seems extremely stable!

Would a different set of drivers work? Is there any1 of flashing the card to a 660M?

    It's the GDDR5 version.

    Thank You!

NVIDIA Inspector 1.9.6.6 download from Guru3D.com Nvidia inspector should be able to get you higher if you force the card into another power state.

On my dell with GT650M I had to force my card into P5 power state first, then I could overclock further with nvidia inspector, my max stable OC was just above 1GHz on the core. GT640M use the same core, but might have less voltage (my GT650M has 1.037V max under load) and thus less OC headroom.

But different manufacturers use different numbers for power states and different bioses, so this might not work for you.

An pretty detailed guide on how to force power states etc in this thread: http://forum.notebookreview.com/gam...guide-workaround-max-clocks-oc-stability.html

Unfortunately I've already tried Nvidia Inspetor, When ever I set it to a value it just resets the value :(

aye it's a bit buggy, does that for me too, if I overclock in small steps it works, but going all the way up in one jump just resets the sliders.

After forcing it to p5 power state I start with bringing it up to stock speeds, then restart nvidia inspector, and then push clocks in small steps, if it starts to reset sliders again I restart nvidia inspector again (clocks should remain) and so I keep going.
