What is the difference between these versions that Samsung sells?

    NP700Z5C- S01US
    NP700Z5C- S02US
    NP700Z5C- S03US
    NP700Z5C- S04US
    etc.

I know "US" means it's in the US, but the S01, S02, S03, etc. What are those?

They are different models (sometimes the differences are small - different version of Windows, different processor, .... ). There can also be other numbering such as A01US and, IIRC, there can be a UB suffix which indicates a Best Buy only model.

@hanime: If you go to Samsung.com, click the Support button and enter the first letters and numbers of the model number, it lists the different sub-models available. Once you select a model, the Specifications button will show the detailed specs. This way you can compare them.
