You probably think I'm stupid, but no. My friend has a Samsung NP-Q460-JS07CN. I cannot find any documentation on this model at all. All I can tell you is that it has a first gen Core i3, 4GB DDR3, 14" 1366x768 screen, and a 640GB HD. According to any English language Samsung website it does not exist, so I can't find drivers for it. All models with similar names have very different hardware so that doesn't work either. All I really need are wireless or ethernet drivers for it and then the rest is fine, but as much as a friend of mine and I have tried, we can't find proper drivers.
This is for 32-bit Windows 7 by the way. I'm wondering if anybody could find out what drivers this uses or what ethernet and wireless cards it uses. I know we could completely disassemble the laptop to figure it out, but I don't want to go there just in case because it isn't my laptop, even though the friend who this belongs to says she is ok with it. Thanks for your help.

I wouldn't worry about the exact model number but you can find some Q460 drivers here. If that doesn't work then search for the Samsung global downloads.
