    New SD card cannot be detect

    Dear John Ratsey sorry to disturb you, recently I bought a new SD card and when I put in my Samsung Q35latop it was unable to detect or unable to read the card but I go to HTC services centre it told me that my SD card read format bid not support the SD card he say it need have HC or HS format in order to read this new SD card can I know where can I download software to upgrade my card readers. :)

    You meed a newer driver and possibly a Microsoft patch to get SDHC to work with the Q35.

    Google for "Ricoh SDHC XP support" or similar words.

    :) Dear John Ratsey :) has download from Microsoft Update for Windows XP (KB934428) and already install and restart my computer an it still unable to detect on the new 8GB SD card. can I know how can I resolve is problem on Samsung Q35.i deeply appreciate your kindness’ to help me .

    Dear John Ratsey Sorry to disturb I’m Kunga pang here is my problem I trying to using bluetooth to send a pic from my computer to my HTC pocket pc phone but some of the file like MP3 or word file it able to send to my HTC pocket pc phone but some of the file is unable to send while attend to send it will pops up a small widow say that " the request could not be honored'
