    Hello, my samsung np300e5c has faced another issue, it takes 3 mins to boot onto the Bios, boot menu, and windows boot, also all the usb ports don't work, i also tried with a new keyboard and dosen't work either, windows says the usb ports malfunctioned, any help would be appreciated, thanks
