    Hello
I bought a new device Samsung DP700A3D from Turkey
I have tried to change the system language from Turkish to English, but I failed
Then you make format of the device and install a copy of Windows is not genuine
Support in Turkey is very bad and do not understand English
How can restore the original system of the device?
Is there a way? Installation disk? Anything
    Please Help me
    thank you

If you formatted only the C drive then you can reinstall the original Windows by pressing the F4 key a few times immediately after starting the computer.

If you formatted the whole HDD then you have lost the recovery partition and the only solution is to find a genuine copy of Windows. Assuming your computer came with Windows 8 then the key is coded into the BIOS.

Thank you, I've already format the whole HDD
Is there a difference in the state of the installation of any copy? or exclusively must install single language ?
I have found a original copy of Windows, but where can I find the product key in bios
Will I get a Samsung apps then?
    Thank you

Assuming you have Windows 8 then see here for how to find the key. If you have Windows 7 then the key is on a sticker somewhere. On notebooks they put the sticker on the power supply but it would more likely be on the case of an all-in-one.

Once you have Windows installed then you can use Samsung's SW Update to obtain the drivers and software for your computer. If does not automatically detect your model then you can use the Find Model function to look through the database. I think the AIO models are in the "Others" category.

Did you check if Samsung's SW Update program offers your Samsung applications?

I do remember another member pointing this out (but forget where and who). At first I didn't understand what he meant, since I've never use metro apps myself. But I don't think we ever had a solution posted on how to find these pre-installed apps after a clean install.
