Guys, im with a problem on my notebook.
I dont know, but i think was something to do with any update i made on bios, but im not shore.
    There are two problems.
1st. Sometimes (most of the times) my notebook start with cpu/gpu fan allways on max, its really at maximum, makes a noise that isnt normal and keyboard lights doesnt turn on (i have tried to enable but nothing on Fn+F1 etc etc).
2nd problem, when cpu/gpu fan doesnt boot at max, sometimes lights on keyboard works, but start other problem, sometimes what i wrote on keyboard doesn't type what i wrote.

I have this notebook like 2 months, but this start like 2/3 weeks...

Does anyone with the same problem? How to fix?

    Please check this post.

It describes your exact symptoms (as far as I can see) and was posted in the Owners Lounge thread for your particular model, about 30 mins before you created this thread.

The keyboard backlight is an ongoing issue, which is also discussed at great length in that thread.

You can also use Google searches such as site:notebookreview.com/samsung NP770Z5E keyboard backlight to locate relevant discussions.

Edit: I notice now you posted the same question in that Owners Lounge thread yesterday. I'll say it's good that you waited 24 hours before re-posting the question. I suppose in this case it was just odd timing.

In general, it's good forum etiquette to spend a little effort looking for answers before posting questions. And particularly to check for answers before re-posting a question. That goes for everybody who may see this.

That may be. But discussion of both issues you asked about existed in the Owners Lounge thread -- and an answer was posted there before you created this thread (whether you followed it or not and whether it helped you or not). So that is where you should continue this discussion.

The answer provided by black83 in the post I linked was NOT just to try different AMD drivers (which I am sure you already did). It addressed the fan issue you ask. Again, the keyboard backlight issue on your model is discussed in a thousand posts in that thread and the Intro thread and several other threads.

I don't want to make a big case of it; many members do this almost every day, particularly new members; that's why I said this applies to anybody who may see it: It's just common courtesy to other members so they don't have to read lots of redundant posts in multiple threads about the same problem.

Enough now. I'll leave this thread open for now since it's already here.
