    Hi guys, i'm new on this forum, i would like to explain my notebook problems to you.

    when i turn on the pc it doesn't show anything, on the screen don't appear nothing and i can see only the light on the cover.

    what's the fautl?

    (i) Is there activity from the HDD light when you start the computer (ie the computer is starting but you can't see anything?). (ii) Have you tried connecting it to an external display and then starting the computer? If this gives no picture then there's a basic hardware problem. If the external display gives a picture then (iii) Is there a feint image on the notebook's screen? (look carefully under different lighting conditions). If yes, then the backlight isn't working (usually caused by the inverter dying).

    i've lost to tell you that i receive one long beep and the two short, maybe the video card????

    can you have a guide that tell me how to disassembly the notebook?

    The beeps usually indicate that the BIOS can't find something essential. Usually, when the Nvidia GPU dies it gives a corrupted display. I would start by removing and replacing the RAM, then trying each module separately. Sometimes the contacts oxidise over time and removal / replacement cleans them up.

    i've tried at first to remove and replace the ram, but nothing happens.....
