I recently bought a Samsung R 70 with T7250 2 GHz processor and 2 gb ram and also it has Nvidia 128 MB 8400GS video memory
But as i Play the DVD I hear a enormous sound of DVD swirling
and I can notice its not at all pleasing Video experience as it does not show quality video as I see the images not sharp at all and I could see the pixels
What could be the problem Can anybody please guide me

What program are you using to play the DVD?

DVD resolution is 720x480. Playing at full screen, there is a lot of stretching required which makes pixels more obvious and especially more noticable on an LCD screen, which itself is a grid of pixels.

For the DVD swirling, you can search for the program 'drivespeed'. It can set your DVD drive's reading speed lower so that there is less noise produced when you are watching.
