Hi, I recently sent my laptop off for repair and they replaced the screen. The only problem is that the webcam is no longer installed on the computer. I tried downloading webcam software but it wouldnt work as the driver is missing. So I went on Samsung support to download the driver and it's not there. My model is RV510-A0NUK and this is the link to its driver download page... Support - Notebooks NP-RV510I | Samsung Laptops I tried downloading and installing the VGA driver but it didn't do anything. Ive literally scoured the Samsung website and cant find a compatitble driver.

Does anyone know where else I could find the webcam driver? Or any other possible solutions? Thanks

Are you sure you need those drivers?

Don't windows detect the webcam? In most cases you can use standard Drivers.

Anyway, you already have contacted samsung for this issue?

On the Series 9 the webcam driver seems to be part of the Cyberlink YouCam software. if you have the same webcam then the software is on the drivers and software backup disc that you should have made.

Before I sent the laptop off for repair the webcam worked fine, but I never had Cyberlink YouCam software. Now it cant be detected, even when I search for it using 'add a device'. It says make sure the device is plugged in, but its in-built :/ I tried adding the namuga camera driver, it never worked. Ive contacted Samsung, they said they'll log it tomorrow and get back to me. I'll probably just have to send it off to them yet again.

If it's not listed in Device Manager and nor are there any unconfigured devices then I wonder if it is not connected.
