    Dear ALL

    I have a SAMSUNG Series 7 NP700G7C the power adaptor keeps falling out of the power socket and feels to loose inside the socket

    their was no problem when bought new

    The socket feels very loose and their is movement

    I have bought a new power adaptor and the same problem the slightest touch and the power adaptor keeps falling out has anybody had the same problems and found a fix

    I would be very grateful for any help with this matter

    I'm lucky this hasn't happened to me as I did drop it on the power cord side while it was plugged in.. Still works thankfully. Also my wife leaned on the side of it while I had it on my lap on a lap desk and broke the headphone jack. It's loose but still works.

    I think your only option is to send it in and have the power plug on the laptop replaced.

    Same here, mine is fine so far. They are supposed to be slightly loose as this is the design. Your options are to either send it in or find a local B&M specializing in electronic repairs or if you are brave to take it on yourself. If the system is not under warranty where it can be repaired free though this can get expensive.
