If i haven't installed the intel rapid this not working even if it was resumed.
I have notebook Samsung NP310E5C-U01PL and SDD ADATA SP900 256GB
Driver intel rapid I have with this page: Seria 3 NP310E5C-U01PL (NP310E5C-U01PL) | WSPARCIE | SAMSUNG Polska
It is at the bottom(in tranlation):
Intel Rapid Storage
Windows 7(32bit,64bit), 11.44 MB, ZIP, MULTI LANGUAGE
Version : 11.0.0.1032
2012.09.20
I didn't find a driver for Windows 8.1 that could be installed.
My operating system is Windows 8.1 Pro (Factory Windows 8 Core).
Is it possible to solve this problem?

I can't offer an explanation but it's good that you have figured out a work-around. If you boot the computer into the BIOS does it report the SATA speed? If there are any options in the BIOS then you can try any that might involve more detailed hardware examination in case the BIOS hasn't properly determined the maximum speed supported by the storage device. However, I would expect that to also affect resume from hibernation.
Can you notice any speed difference in everyday usage?

The difference is visible with copying files (small and large) and a small for startup programs.
Bios only shows what is connected to the input sata, first is a SDD and second DVD drive.
When is IDE computer doesn't statring, now it is AHCI mode, auto mode is the same as AHCI.
In BIOS there are is few options, changing the fastboot and secureboot also doesn't work. -

I'm sure there was a possibly relevant issue in this forum within the past few months about a BIOS update breaking SATA 3 support. It was a model, similar to yours, where Samsung would have expected an SSD to be installed. However, I can't find it.
The possible BIOS setting that would force the BIOS to properly interrogate the drive would be Fastboot, which you have tried. However, something else to explore is the one time boot menu. Make sure that Fastboot is off and then tap F10 a few times immediately after turning on the computer. It should bring up a list of bootable devices and searching for those might get the system to realise your drive is SATA 3. If F10 doesn't work then try the same procedure but using the Esc key (the Series 3 notebooks might behave like the old Samsung models).

No, intel chipset. Kliedy I press F10 displays the boot menu.
When i click SP900 i see that:
And when i click "Windows boot manager" nothing happens. Fedora has been uninstalled long time ago.
This is editning "WIndows boot manager":
And screens from HWiNFO:
SATA 3 on port 0 is supported. UEFI version P09RAQ is propably latest, because i was updated it twice.
I saw on another forum and on another laptop (asus) someone had installed the system in a different way and WIndows 8.1 was installed so longer boot windows and SATA 3 worked. And when he installed windows normally, windows boot faster, but stopped working.
The problem is that I could try it as install, but don't know how. This topic you gave it ,he try to install Windows 7 that doesn't support hybrid startup, why the same update propably helped. I could have windows 7, because I have DreamSpark subscription, but I like W8.1 which I enjoyed.
There is fast boot in WIndows, this at left (if i turn off this bothing heppend):
