Hi, i have a 4 years old 530U4C, i realized recently it is too hot.
On idle it is 60C, and on load it is 80C.
I opened case but there was very little dust so it can't be the problem.
I started to think the problem may be the thermal paste after 4 years. I am thinking of replacing the thermal paste, but i don't know if i should?
What else may be the problem?

It's quite possible that 4 year old paste has dried and is no longer fully effective. Repasting is the second step (after cleaning) for troubleshooting thermal problems. There's plenty of discussion in the hardware forum about thermal paste. Here's one thread. Note that you only need a dollop about the size of a rice grain for a moble CPU.

The other source of extra heat is that progressive software bloat has caused an increase in CPU activity. However, the temperatures you indicate are not exceptional. Often the fan rules can mean that the fan isn't running when on idle and I have had computers (including the i7 version of Samsung's NP900X4C) which can exceed 90C under load even after repasting.
