    What's the difference? I compared the specs sheets on Samsung's website and I couldn't find any difference apart from the presence/absence of a VGA port. But I figured there might be differences that the specs sheet doesn't reveal, like a different monitor panel or something.

    They are the same thing. Samsung 7 is Samsung 7 chronos. That is if your talking about the notebook of course. When I pre-ordered it from sites they label it as Samsung Series 7 which is Chronos ( since the box says Chronos) The VGA port or w/e according to the manual is optional in USA.
    Apparantly in the UK, someone say it came with it. I just think since technically they slightly more expensive I think. I'm not too sure on the pricing.

    Series 7 Chronos - Higher speed CPU, 6750M & Hybrid SSD

    You most likely will not. Even if u could there is no room to upgrade. This notebook is super thin, there is no more room.
