I had upgraded the pc to Windows 10 successfully and the touch pad on keyboard was working correctly. Yesterday, I reset the pc and the pointer was working briefly at the beginning and then the touch pad malfunctioned. Can someone advise me how to fix this issue. Thanks!

If you have reset the computer then you may need to sort out some of the drivers. Windows 10 does a reasonable job at finding these but, in the event of problems I would recommend you get the driver recommended by Samsung using the Samsung Update program.

I have installed the Samsung SW Update program from Samsung website but there is no driver for touch pad.

Try using the Find Model function in SW Update. I used that and went United States > Series 7 > XE700T1C > Windows 10 and it lists Touchpad Driver version 11.7.0.437.

Hi John,
Appreciate your useful advice! After installation of Touchpad driver, it works back to original. I also played around Samsung Update program and installed all drivers for Windows 10.
Unfortunately, I discover another issue about front camera for Skype. The rear camera is working fine but not the front camera. Upon checking Device Manager, I notice there is yellow exclamation mark on a Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) under Universal Serial Bus controllers. I have no idea if they have relationship or not. There is no any update drive for camera or webcam. Any other suggestion?
