Hi everyone. Sorry for my English, i'm not native speaker. What I've done?
    1. Disable Secure Boot in UEFI.
    2. OS Mode Selection -> CMS OS.
After this i see only Boot Menu when pc start, and i can't select my HDD ( nothing happens when i select hdd )
And Boot Menu does not see USB.
I tried take out CMOS (CR1616) and waited all night, but it did not help. Then i take out CMOS, now pc reboot at start ( logo Samsung's appears for a second), and after this reboot again appear BootMenu. When i try press F2 pc rebooting. Please help.

If you want to download a new BIOS then use Samsung's BIOS Update software. There's a link to it in the first post here.

However, from your description you might be encountering a bricking problem in which case see this discussion.
