Hello, guys! This is my first post in NBR, but i really need help to restore laptop.
Excuse me for my English, it's not my native language.
I have got Samsung NP530U4C . One day windows no loner run. Blue screen with sad smile... 0% , when it restarts.
Then I thought it a good idea windows clean install. But I couldn't get into BIOS to change boot priorities.
I tried pressing f2 at startup, clamp battery button + power button (1 min), reset CMOS disconnecting the battery. None of this helped
But I was able to turn off the hard disk and boot from DVD (Windows 8 installl dvd). In Menu Advanced options i saw item "UEFI Firmware Settings". So I got access to the menu UEFI.
Then I started to install the OS and made a big mistake. I erased all the partitions on HDD and SSD.![]()
Now the laptop is turned on in the following sequence:
Push power button - > appears big samsung logo (2 sec) -> laptop shuts down -> turns itself anew -> big samsung logo -> "All boot options are tried. Press <F4> key to recover with factory image using Recovery or any other keys for next boot loop iteration"
And now I can't boot from dvd and can't access the EFI menu .
Can anyone know how to restore it? aybe somewhere I can download image of hdd?
Thanks a lot!

Welcome to NBR. Sorry to hear about your problem.
You have run into an issue that is quite common on Samsung UEFI models (generally all Win8.x models): The NVRAM used by UEFI and your BIOS has become corrupted, which is why you cannot use F2 to enter BIOS and why Boot Priority doesn't work as expected. The problem is exacerbated by the HDD being wiped (which is where the EFI boot manager was stored).
We got several other new members with that problem just this week, so you're not alone!
In the past, this required Samsung repair to replace the motherboard: Expensive if you don't have warranty! But the good news is that a procedure was recently developed by members here in the Samsung forum, which may allow you to unbrick it yourself. It is discussed in the thread linked below:

There is a summary in post #7, but it is important to read the entire thread before you begin. It requires some technical understanding. Some users will want to consult with a geeky friend. -
Dannemand, thank you!!!! You decided my problem.
run sflash64 /cvar /patch - this one helps me.
Problem solved.John Ratsey and Dannemand like this. -
Fantastic, well done! Congrats on salvaging your laptop.
And thank you for reporting back, that's always much appreciated
