    Samsung NP900X3C Bios Password recovery

    i have samsung 900X3c
    and i have update it's bios framework to the latest version 1.0.0.3
    after while i decide to reset the bios password
    now the system ask me for a password and if i enter the old password or escape it the password still wrong

    i called samsung support but till now no response

    can anyone help me ??
