Hi, I have this computer over a year, and now when I try to power on him, the button led is on but the screen and the other leds do nothing. The screen remains black, without any logo. Sometimes start normally, but the most of the time I only get a this blank screen.

I tried to update the bios (when the computer start), but i get an error ("can't read the bios status"), also I reset the bios, disconnect the battery, try to boot from USB, remove the SSD drive, restore Windows to factory and nothing. Every day is more difficult to boot.

I Think the problem is the bios, but I can't update that... ¿any ideas?

    thanks,

    Welcome to NBR.

Check the Unbricking link under Boot and Bricking problems in the Samsung forum sticky list on top of the forum. It discusses a how to re-flash your BIOS or clear the NVRAM, which can solve some stubborn problems.

But that's only if all other options are exhausted: Did you reinstall Windows, and if so which version? Are BIOS settings at default values? What did you try to boot from USB, how did you format it, and what were your BIOS settings when you tried to boot it?

There are also links in the sticky list for many other issues.
