    Hello,
I receive customer NP900X4. Problem is, that when I turn on or restart everytime notebook enter into BIOS.
But, if i press any function key, then it enter into windows.
I try battery reset, restore windows without any success.
Once for a short time I see windows error message "Your PC run into problem" and after BIOS appear on screen.

Any suggestion. This is first time, that I face with such a problem.

    Thank you

I don't remeber any previous discussion of this type of problem.

What is the BIOS number? P**AAC indicates a computer original shipped with Windows 7 without UEFI enabled and P**ABK indicates a computer shipped with Windows 8 with UEFI enabled. Running Windows 8 or 8.1 with the P**AAC BIOS can result in problems.

You can use Samsung's BIOS Update program (link in first post of this thread) to check if the BIOS is the most recent. In not, then I would recommending updating the BIOS which can both fix any BIOS-related problems and clear any corrupted settings.
