Productivity Meets Profitability P480 Pro - Notebooks - Mobile Computing | SAMSUNG

Why is no one talking about this notebook here?
Especially the in Germany, it is delivered with a GT330M videocard, but "only" with an i3 CPU.

In my humble opinion this is the most promising notebook coming from Samsung at the moment, which combines mobility, office and multimedia.

Reading the datasheet, it can't be that bad of a notebook.

Only obvious negative point is the weak battery. But luckily you can buy another slighty stronger batterypack if needed.

Are there any (user) reviews of this notebook?

It's already avaible here in Germany!

The P series are usually the equivalent R series with matte except glossy display and other finish. Check the specs for both. That said, there seems to be a shortage of R480 reviews although there are several for the slightly bigger R580.

    Blargh, i revert my statement.

On the german product website, there is nothing stated about Intel HD graphics and Optimus.

With this the battery life will be even more poor.

    Reall,y that's a big shame.
